How does Date Coaching work?
Our Dating Coaches are nationally acclaimed experts on a wide variety of dating and relationship issues. They include authors and national personalities that have appeared on all the major networks, radio, major national publications, and other media. And now you can speak to them one-on-one from the privacy of your home. You should browse through our list of Coaches, read their descriptions and qualifications, and even watch their videos. Then you can select which of these Coaches best fits your needs and schedule an appointment with the Coach by choosing three dates and times that you will be available. Due to the volume of consultations that we provide, we do request at least one week's notice to schedule your personal Dating Coach consultation. You will be notified by email within 48 hours of receipt of your request. Once you are notified of your appointment, that time slot will be reserved solely for you. Just call the special number provided, at the scheduled time and date, and your Coach will be there to talk to you. Those members whose computers are connected to a webcam have the option to see, hear, and speak to their Coach using webcam video. If for any reason you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
What is the difference between a Personal Matchmaker and a Dating Coach?

Yes. Our Coaches believe in the philosophy that those who succeed in life find their mistakes and learn how to fix them. Members are encouraged to talk to their Coaches about their recent dates, what they feel went right, what might have gone wrong, and how both they and their date interacted and behaved. Your Coach will also help you make sure that on future dates, you keep the behaviors that work and eliminate those that do not.
Do Coaches give practical advice?
Our Coaches are experienced in dealing with real-life dating and relationship issues and in giving practical advice. And by using your webcam and telephone, you can even get practical and effective advice on how to make changes in your style, body language, grooming, and voice, all of which can affect your dating life.
Do I have to have a webcam to communicate with coaches?
No. If you do not have a webcam, you will still be able to see your Coach; he or she will just not be able to see you. You will simply communicate with them by voice over the phone. However, by using a webcam you will be able to speak with your Coach face-to-face almost as if you were sitting in the same room. Your Coach will be able to look at your style, appearance and body language to give you hints on how to make what you've got work for you. This will make your session with your Coach more effective. Will my coach keep our discussions confidential?
